Tire Size Help

I have read conflicting reports. Will the following work with no rubbing?

2014 550i Msport LCI
Integral Active Steering
704 Suspension (no mods)

F: 20x9 28et 255/35 Michelin Pilot Super Sport
R: 20x10.5 40et 295/30 Michelin Pilot Super Sport

I've got those same tires on 20x9 ET26 and 20x11 ET46 with no rubbing, real close in the rear though.
