Is it possible to upgrade 2010 528i to 2012 530i?

I have 528i 3.0l (258hp) from 2010. Is it possible to upgrade to 530i 3.0l (272hp)?
What are the differences between these engines?

Yes, you can trade in the 528 for a 530 for the upgrade

I would say doubtful since these are also two different chassis and hence engine computers and such. Your best bet is to look into aftermarket performance mods or chip programming for more power.
