Help with choosing Chemical Guys

Been trying to pick a car wash system from checmical guys but every time I get on their website it seems like a big cluster with way too many choices. I have a hose and no power washer. What do you guys recommend ? Also, does it really work that well without actually using a sponge on your car ? Thanks

Well first I recommend browsing the AutoDetailing subreddit on Reddit. That's where I learned a lot.

Primarily you would HAVE to get:
2 buckets (5 gallons)
2 grit guards
1 wash mitt
X number of Microfibers to clean and dry the car

i actually stopped doing the 2 bucket method since switching over to CG'S Waterless Car Wash and it's been great so far!

Garage List
To wash my car I use CG's V07 High Gloss wash soap, along a microfiber wash mitt. Also get some nice borderless microfiber towels to clean and remove any other products such as glazes, compounds, waxes, etc. Other products I have used are Blacklight to remove swirls and enhance gloss, Butterwax, and V07 sealant. My experience with these products have been great so far. They smell great, easy to remove, and nice results.

Get a foam gun any car wash will work well. Micrfiber wash mitt and a bucket with guard. If your paint is right all you need to do is foam gun, rinse, and wipe dry with good microfiber towel. You don't need to wash unless your car is really dirty. I use two at a time to dry, wipe with one and follow with another...no water marks. After polish I use EZcreme glaze then seal it with Blacklight. I do two coats of Blacklight. I got enough Blacklight to make sure I never run out...I love this stuff. I also have the Butter Wet Wax but on top of the Blacklight I don't see a difference. I always do my wheels last...but that's another story.
