NBT retrofit in UK

Hi all,

I've noticed I can get a NBT system & display unit and NBT idrive controller unit with touchpad for £400($650)

I'm wondering how easy this would be to fit and code? and if there is anybody available to do so for cash in the UK?

There's a guy trading as Navtvman in Birmingham who should be able to do it. He an ex Mini electrical engineer who used to work in their Oxford factory and specialises in BMW, Audi and Mercedes navigation/bluetooth retrofits. He replaced the DVD unit in my E70 when it stopped working.

PM me and I will forward his number.

I'll give you a hint...
NBT for E9x is £900 but for F1x, its £400-600 as it is not compatible with all F1x.

If your car is post 07/2012 then you can get it done.

If its earlier than that then you will be looking to change so many things starting from gateway module.

Lets put it this way that I have done plenty of NBT retrofits but due to complexities (my car is 2011), I am sticking with CIC.

I believe "post 07/2012" means cars made AFTER that date...

Since yours is nov 2011, you are out of luck...
