EPP Discount - Can it Be Combined with Other Discounts/Incentives?

Good evening,

Through my company, I am buying my 2013 535i through the BMW Executive Preference Program (EPP) also known as Fleet Purchasing. It allows me to buy a 535i for $3,000 BELOW invoice (it is a fixed price).

I am getting mixed information as to whether or not I can combine the EPP program incentive with other discounts being offered by BMW, such as, for example: the option credits, USAA buying program, the Team USA Incentive.

According to the EPP documentation I have, you can't combine any discounts or incentives with the EPP program. I even called BMW corporate, and they said the same thing.

Anyone have any info? I'm getting nervous that my $3,000 below invoice might not be such a great deal (especially when I hear about people getting their 5 series' for $6,000 under invoice - of course, those are the last 2012's on the lot, and I want a 2013).

Thoughts? I appreciate it.

If you are looking to get into a 535i I would recommend you to look into a 2012 you can easily get 6k or more under invoice especially in August where I would not be surprised if you could get near 10k under invoice.

Well, I really want a 2013 because of the new navigation system.

you probably mean 10k under MSRP not 10k under invoice !!!

i think either way you will be in the same ball park... $3k under invoice is probably very close to $10k off MSRP depending on what options you have.

Yes, I meant off of MSRP which should be somewhere around the 6k under invoice ball park

Also since the residuals are much better this month compared to last a 2013 should have better pricing if you are getting the 3k under invoice. Do you have plans of purchasing after your lease term, if not then make a deal ASAP.

I am buying a 2013 535i, and will not be leasing. It appears that I cannot combine the $3,000 under invoice EPP discount with any other discounts or incentives that are available.
