BMW F10 vibration issue

Hi all,

Last week went to garage to find out some issues.

1. While driving beyond 100 kmph , car is vibrating, when i put the visor down i can see clearly the vibration.

2. driving less that 20 kmph , some shock sound transfer from rear glass.

garage suggested me to change the 2 wheel bearing and belt tensioner, i went to another garage and changed these. still the issue perists.

What might be the actual issue?

please help.

That garage clearly cheated you. This could be so many things ranging from suspension components (control arms) to needing alignment.

I had a vibration issue which resolved with replacing the front rearward control arms followed by a proper 4 wheel alignment. They were obliterated at the bushing where the strut attached (xdrive model).

Edit: meant to mention tires… tires can be another reason for vibration.
