OEM Springs Sucks

I don't ever recall buying a BMW in the past where the front suspension sits higher than the rear. I mean what is BMW thinking? Received my ACS Springs and can't wait to get it installed. Other than that the car has been great.

Agree. You will be pleased the with the ACS springs, the ride height and spring rate is perfect IMHO

Mine is still at the BMW dealer. I live in a small town so the dealer here have not worked on much F10 so they are taking their time with this one. Once installed will be installing Style 356 20" wheels. 19" just look too small for the car.

How much those springs run for? Wouldnt there be any issues with DDC?

Around $600 shipped from CEC in Miami. Shouldn't have any issues.

I believe by 1".

Wow its been 2 full day and my dealer still working on it. I can't believe they would have such a hard time on it after I saw a DIY thread some forum member posted that changed the springs himself.

ACS finally installed

Car definitely feels tighter and not as floaty. Much better but not quite as good as my old E60 550i w/ M sport pkg. Here are the before and after pic:

So by having the dealer do it does that retain the warranty on the shocks? How much did they charge?

I had BMW dealer do the job because I don't have many choices where I live plus I'd figured if issues arise in the future and its installation related they would most likely cover it under warranty to cover their ass. The dealer originally quoted me 8.5 hrs for the job but settled with charging me for 6 hrs. The technician who did the installed drives a Z4M and he took his time 3 days actually so I feel confident he did a good job.

Really digging the new M5/M6 wheels. May keep the 356 as a winter set with all season tires when the new M5/M6 wheels come out.

I think it was his first F10 550i spring install. I didn't want to rush him if you know what I mean.
