I have been a member of the board for years and have followed many of your posts. I have a quick question and was hoping i could get some advice - it would be appreciated.

I have an 2011 x5D (in so so condition) that i am trying to get out of the lease (ends 6/14) paying 650 per month. Buy out is currently 37K. Car is worth approx 36K (according to dealers).

I was looking for 2014 528xi w Leather and front heated seats only... msrp 54625. That was looking like approx 560 per month on lease with about 1700 at inception (tags, bank fee, first payment). A dealer offered me a 2013 w Premium and Cold and Nav for 550 per month on lease $1800 at inception. Its a 56.5k car and he takes me out of my lease. What are your thoughts on that? He is discounting the 2013 to about 48K MSRP.

Looks like 2013 is better equipped car, unless you want to buy out at the end of the lease or you like LCI model than 2014 will make more sense. IMO
