Will make the rear a little busy IMHO, but I don't think it will look bad. Looking forward to seeing it installed on your car.

So after many months of waiting I finally got them at a very very discounted price! quality looks to be on point! Weave looks very consistent and matches my rear DTM diffuser as well as the 3d Style spoiler! I think in the end this will tie in together with the carbon fiber 3d style side skirt extensions. As you can tell my car is already passed that OEM look but I've been browsing a lot in the M3/M4 forums and those guys that have this rear side diffuser I just think in my opinion this just pulls all their carbon extensions together. Not for everybody but for me when competing in car shows your car just has to stand out!

Okay fellow 5er's! Got em' currently mocked up along with my Meisterschaft exhaust with just one of the carbon slip on tips! I'm totally lovin' this right now and can't wait to finally get everything on soon! I'm totally diggin' how the carbon skirt is complementing the diffuser and the tips! remember my car is jet black so the rear bumper is still primered. The carbon fiber will probably blend with the jet black paint but if you just look at it you'll eventually see how it all just comes together oh, before you ask the inside of the tips will be painted with high temp black paint

The photos give us an idea on the end result. So far looks nice and you should not run with fitment issues.

i would say if the extension would flow flat to the bottom of the diffuser then YES!! but since it cuts up then stop immediately its kinda awkward.

^^^ This! If it flowed or angled to the diffuser it would look nicer.

Nah! I think it blends well with this type of diffuser because of the aggressive fins and the contours where in comes just above the tips. If I were to use a flat diffuser than yes, this would not work. Pictures don't do it justice but in person they look sweet! I know the direction I'm going and like I posted earlier this is not for everybody especially if you're keeping an OEM look...which I'm not!

I'm not a fan either. It looks like it doesn't belong. Too much of anything can become a bad thing. Your car will look sick with the DTM diffuser!

I agree, too bad it doesn't go flat straight to the diffuser.

Not sure if I can modify it? Its a solid piece with what I'm sure is just carbon fiber layers. The part that goes against the bumper is black. But I think because my car is Jet Black it'll probably not be that noticeable
