Console w/manual shift?

After perusing the forums, and doing some searching, I don't think we've seen a picture of the console with the conventional manual transmission. Anybody have any pix or pointers to share?

I saw a F10 535i with a manual. The shifter is very well integrated into the console. I didnt take any pictures but it looks good IMHO.

Looking to get a 6-speed myself but I'm not sure what happens to the cup holderss. Seems there is one on the console and one under the center arm rest?

Dunno...but I'm a non-cup-holder-user , so I hope there's a nice cover for that gaping hole in the console!

Anybody seen inside the console? Is there a decent amount of storage in there? Again, I haven't seen any pix, and haven't had a chance to get over to my dealer to see the one F10 they've got so far.

Can someone show me a pic with a manual transmission without NAV?

There's not really much space at all. Enough for maybe some small glasses and an iPod. If you get the Smartphone integration, there's even less room. Interestingly, there's a much larger storage compartment to the left of the steering wheel underneath the headlight controls. Kinda like a mini glove compartment. There's much more space in there than in the center console.

Yep, one behind the iDrive controller and one supposedly in the center arm rest. But as I just described, there's little space there. And if you have an iPod or flash drive plugged in, there won't be space at all. Consider the MT to have 1 front cup holder.

Not sure how that would change anything. The non-Nav cars still have iDrive and the iDrive controller. They just have a smaller screen and no Nav functionality. But that wouldn't change the cupholder situation.

iBimmer, you must be psychic -- you answered the next question I was gonna post! I checked out my sister's F01 750i over the weekend, noticed that storage compartment, and wondered if it's on the F10. Good place to stash sunglasses and a pocket pack of tissues.

OK I see...I was thinking it was like my '09 328i. Without nav and a stick there's an extra compartment whereas if you get NAV then you get idrive and lose that spot. Not so in the F10s with a stick...must get the idrive. bummer.
