i'll trade Hungarian GP over Bahrain GP 2010....no way in hell i'll suffer to watch Bahrain 2010 again....Valencia, two years in a row...hasn't produced an exciting race. Maybe its not the most boring to you, but definitely working its way to match Bahrain and Hungarian. In no time it will replace the title for the most boring and pointless race in the calender from Hungarian and Bahrain.

I think Abu Dhabi is quite boring except the last dual from Webber and Button. The track itself it too forgiving and no challenges.
No offense taken! We agree to disagree, then . And for all our sakes I hope you are right that the Hungarian grand prix will be more exciting

I'm just hoping that I'm "wrong" about Valencia...

You are not wrong about valencia... Qualifying will be more interesting to watch than the race itself.... This race has to get dropped from the calendar

The RBR "Blown wing system" works similar to the Ferrari ones that Alonso demonstrated in Spain GP a few months ago. You can see Webber and Vettel's back hand move to the side of cockpit to close a hole or something to activate the blown wing system.

Hamilton is a cheater. He brake enough to allow pass himself, but leting Fernando behind the SF. If both get on boxes at the same time, Alonso would overtake there since Lewis has to stop more time to change the front wing.

Why he slowed??

Look, this is already outrageous

Ten drivers handed post-race penalties

ONLY five seconds penalty handed to the cars broke the "delta" time when the Safety Car had been deployed.

Quote:
Jenson Button, Rubens Barrichello, Nico Hulkenberg, Robert Kubica, Vitaly Petrov, Adrian Sutil, Vitantonio Liuzzi, Sebastien Buemi and Pedro de la Rosa have all received penalties from the Valencia stewards for safety-car rule infringements.

All nine men will have five seconds added to their final race time for speeding under the safety car during their in-laps prior to pitting following Mark Webber’s dramatic crash in the early stages of the European Grand Prix.

In a separate incident, Timo Glock has had 20 seconds added to his race time for ignoring blue flags.

Official results from the FIA will follow.

Hmm, maybe. Although being better than previous years is a pretty low standard to beat. Except for Vettel, the positions were determined by cheating, penalties, and bad timing. And even though Kobayashi grabbed some positions at the end, and had every right to stay out during the safety car period, IMO his doing so screwed up the race by creating a huge gap at the front of the field. Toss in the fact that it was a Faux Sports race and you pretty much have a forgettable weekend.

Webber is one lucky SOB, though. Can't believe how quickly he was moving to get out of the car after that shunt. I would have been dazed for a week.

Cheating and Penalty (fair or not) is part of racing. Remember Mark Webber in Germany GP last year? Bad timing is the team's own fault, and caused Schumi his possible race score, plus the mysterious additional pit stops like last race in Canada. Something is not going right with Mercedes and Schumi.

Anyhow, 2010 so far except Bahrain has produced many tense and exciting races. Looking forward to Silverstone with the new configuration.

Mark Webber's crash is close to Kubica's crash in Canada back in 2007. And literally, Red Bull gives you WINGS!!!

what a race, my heart skipped a minute when webber took flight, he's a lucky man. Lewis Hamilton did an amazing job to stay in second after the penalty and also got very lucky. I think the stewards thought a drive thru was enough since its so hard to pass and they figured he would have come out 6-7 like the announcers predicted. No one thought he would push so hard, to create such a gap, that he could come out in the same place. He was lucky cause Kobayashi, pretty much slowed down the pace of the race for every one else. With out him there, LH comes out in 7-8 probably.

cant wait for silverstone!

Yes, Ferrari is alway the righteous one. God I hate it how they whined and complained everytime things are not going their way.
