N63tu 550i JB stage 1 max setting?

I am considering BMS Stage 1 upgrade for a 2014 550i xdrive. I considered JB4+BCM but I need to be able to remove it easily, and I don't want a CEL.

I noticed the dial for upping the power. What's been tested on 93 octane? I also have E85 in my area, could I run it higher using an ethanol mix?

you wont get a CEL for adding the BCM...
