Here is what I'm getting from BMW of Manhattan on a 2015 528i xdrive with all options I asked for:
MSRP: 64,285.00
Sale price: 61,000.00
Residual: 63%
MF: .00134

They want $ 4390.69 down :
2342.72 tax
705.47 monthly
270.00 dmv
925.00 acquisition
10.00 inspection
12.50 ny tire tax
50.00 fuel
75.00 doc fee

If it's not too much trouble, can anyone provide input?

$10 is fee for 1st year vehicle inspection.

Email various dealers offering to pay invoice minus all available incentives on a specific car. (Include build out of the car you want or pick something in their inventory.)
BMW has $2,000 incentive on 2015 528i - Your target at minimum should be invoice minus $2,000.
Payment would be around $618 based on MSRP of 64,285.00 all other things being the same.
Fees upfront seem to be good with no markups, i would put taxes in payment though.

Do not tell them you are leasing or buying - settle on price first.
MF and Residual are set by BMW and can't change.

r n m, thanks man. Invoice - 2k and usaa is what I pitched but no go. 2015 stock is becoming slim so I may wait for November to roll in and shoot for a 2016.

You're getting ripped off buy a couple thousand on the down payment and a couple hundred on the monthly payment. Don't do it.

thanks appreciate your checking it out. I should mention that this was a vehicle not in stock at their dealership- they were going to do a swap in. At any rate thanks to this forum I am better educated. I downloaded the leasematic calculator app and it has changed the whole game. the only challenge is finding a dealer that will honor invoice minus incentives As rnm mentioned. equipped with all this info, I'll be happy to post the deal I finally get thanks to everyone here.

big thanks to you as well- it drives like a dream. Leasing just makes so much more sense, especially with these types of vehicles. I don't think I can go back to financing ever again- not with the knowledge I have of leasing now.
