Lower lumbar failure

Hi everybody!

The lumbar support in the driver's seat of my 2012 550 does not seem to work properly. The problem is that the lumbar "bulge" will not move lower than the middle of the seat. I asked the service center to check on it but they said it was working fine. I just can't believe this, since the lumbar in the passenger's seat goes all the way down and seems to work perfectly. I see no reason why the seats would be different, and I sure wish the driver's seat lumbar would go lower.

Has anybody else had a similar problem with the lumbar support in their F10? If so, how was the problem solved? Any advice on what to say to the SA to convince him/her there's a problem would be much appreciated for when the car is back in the shop.

Thanks in advance for any help
