F10 on No Reservations (Anthony Bourdain's show)

Anyone catch the F10 on the 100th episode of No Reservations? They drove around Paris in a diesel F10. Looked great

Yea I think Bourdain commented about how the engine shutoff at a light or something.

Yep, it was. He then realizes right after that that all he has to do is step on the gas again and the engines comes right to life

Car looked great (both interior and exterior) in the show btw!!

Yep and I think on another episode he was driving the X6... That guy is a lucky bastard getting paid to travel and eat all over the world.

do all F10 engines do this? or is it an option? really think this is a cool feature

all european cars do this.....it's pretty cool at first, but then it gets annoying....i rented a mercedes that did it. Definitely saves gas sitting at stoplights though.
