2015 535i F10 wheels

hi guys,

my current tires and wheels on 535i F10 are:

245/40R19 98V 8.5Jx19 ET33 5x120

going to buy a set from a BMW 640i F13 with the size below:

245/40R19 98V 8.5Jx19 ET33 5x120

i see they are exactly the same.

so i shouldn't have issue swapping rims and tires right?

sorry sound like a dumb as question but just making sure before buying the wheels.
