Anyone mounted a radar detector using an arm that attaches to the rear view mirror?
Looking for a recommendation such a mounting device that works on a 2013 model and that works as intended.

Dang, that is expensive. There are several cheaper ones on Amazon, wonder if they are any good. Do you know the mirror stem diameter by any chance?

Why not mount it using the supplied suction cup mount between the mirror and neadliner? Is the unit too large to fit? That's where I mounted my V1. Once I can get up and around a little better (hernia surgery this afternoon) I'll snap a picture. It is a tight fit...

Suction cups can be a pain if you ever remove them, it is hard to get them to stick a second time for some reason. Plus, the V1 can become a flying projectile in an accident, the arm mount is a bit more secure.

True, but not the way mine is wedged in... It's also out of view from prying eyes; LEO or otherwise.

Thanks!! The mute button is also within easy reach which is why I haven't taken too much time looking for a convenient location for the remote display. I'm also a little anal and can't stand the "add-on" look so it needs to be as unobtrusive as possible or look somewhat stock.
