Independant Shop in Pittsburgh?

Need a good independent shop to install Dinan springs. Local dealer quotes came in at 870 and 1500.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

When i had my e60 M5, I used German Motor Werks for my spring install. They were very reasonable (at least a few years ago anyhow):
