PM on availability and price for pre April 2011 550i catless, power gains (hp/tq), Downpipe tune, check engine light, and if Downpipe will work fine with Dinan ECU flash.

I have one set of catless left in stock for the 2 bolt style.

Gaines are in the 20-30whp range with tune.

I'm not 100% sure if the dinan ecu flash can be adapted to run catless downpipes. I know for sure that with the ESS Flash tune for catless downpipes that you won't get a CEL.
