iPhone videos on navigation screen

Can someone please confirm the following:

For a 2012 535i: If thereare mp4 videos on an iPhone 4s and you use the BMW phone cradle, will you be able to play the videos on the navigation screen?

What phone cradle do you have? I think you need the Media Snap In adapter for iphone 4.

I don't have a phone cradle yet. Before I go and purchase an iphone 4s and a iphone 4s Media Snap In adapater, I wanted to make sure that I would be able to watch the videos from the phone on the nav screen.

You need BMW apps and connected drive options besides the cradle to be able to play videos from iphone.
