Wireless Apple CarPlay Retrofit for NBT

What is Apple CarPlay?
Apple CarPlay works via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (no need to plug in wires!) and it lets you connect your iPhone to your BMW, so you can enjoy a variety of iOS apps on the BMW display. This is not a true screen mirroring solution, but Apple CarPlay is as close as it gets to screen mirroring - it lets you use Apple Maps for navigation and traffic, access iTunes, Waze, Playlists, send text messages and more! More apps will be added over time by Apple/BMW.

How is it different?
This is a wireless Apple CarPlay Retrofit - no need to connect your iPhone via USB!

Compatibility:
If your vehicle is already equipped with NBT iDrive system (either from factory or retrofitted), than you can install our Apple CarPlay Retrofit.

No need to splice wires | No need for coding | Plug 'n Play

If your vehicle is not equipped with NBT iDrive system, then you have two options:
1. Install NBT retrofit with our Apple CarPlay retrofit;
2. Install NBT EVO retrofit, which has built-in Apple CarPlay functionality.

Depending on the configuration of your specific car and/or budget, you may prefer one option or the other. For consultation, please contact us and we will be more than happy to recommend the retrofit that is right for you!
