Missing my 550

No one other than my bro's here will understand.

550 has been in body shop for almost 2 weeks, driving a rental challenger v6.

hopefully i'll get her back later this week!

old lady backed into me a month ago into my rear passenger door. Needs new rear passenger door paint the door and blend the panels.

crappy part is, i keep looking on the forums and keep thinking of other MODS i 'need.'

A very short retaining wall jumped out in front of me and attacked my front bumper!! Oh the horror! While getting a new bumper I also had a V6 Challenger. Could they have made the gauges any harder to read? How about the visibility past about 3:00? I HATED that car!!!!

yea visibility is crap, i find myself always just backing into parking spaces to make it easier to pull out.

My 550i is having a coolant leak tended to, so I feel a bit of your pain.

I wonder if your car was an SRT8 Challenger and the loaner you got was a 528... if you miss the V8 Challenger? I think I would!

But at least you get to drive one of the last true dinosaurs, too bad it doesn't have those sweet halo rings around the headlights that are a true Dodge original.

This is why I have been delaying taking my car in after an incident with a 370z. Hottie offender aside, I don't want to lose my car for several weeks over a bumper cover!

5 years ago and single... Insurance would have been mitigated easily....alas, my 3 month old daughter was in the car (I was hit less than 1mph). She certainly tried her damnedest to feign flirting!

I make it a point to ask owners when possible where they got their BMW headlight upgrade kit. And why.

As the Lincoln LS is an "American BMW" and the headlights lend themselves very well to the mod, the "angel eyes" are very popular. I never considered doing it on my LSes as, to me, it is too wanna-beish. In fact, I posted I got a car (my 535i) for free when purchasing a set of "angel eyes."

No clue. She just knew it's a BMW... Wouldn't have mattered if it were a 135i or M5. It was the same to her in her automatic 370z.
