Due to a couple reasons I had to replace each rear OEM (Goodyear) tire at different time intervals. I did not think it would be a good idea to have asymmetric brands on the rear so Goodyear RFT's with about 7K miles are presently on the car. I will need to replace the front tires very soon. Two, questions: 1. What issues do I need to consider (beside style points) if I put on a different brand tire on the front? 2. If it is acceptable to use a different brand tire on the front, which brand(s) are recommended? I will probably continue to use RFT's. BTW, I have over 30K miles on the front tires which from what I have read in the forum is not too bad. Thanks for any help!
