HELP!!2013 535 Xdrive Msport. Suspension electrical connectors

So i am trying to swap springs but i cannot get these damn connectors off for the life of me. the BMW manual says to unlock connectors and remove. But the manual does not tell you how to unlock the connectors. so if someone can please give me a pointer so i can get this suspension out that would be great.

in the pictures on the round hubs sticking out of the strut there is a connector that needs to be removed.

Figured it out you have to follow the wiring to the control box mounted in the fender, then disconnect the main connector.

yep!! careful not to catch the wires on the suspension when pulling them out or cut them

the black box you see in the 3rd picture mounted on the wheel well you gotta crack that open and disconnect the wiring and the whole harness will come out with the strut
