Just came out from service centre. They found nothing and my height difference is within acceptable range (right on 10mm). So I guess I have nothing to worry and proceed ahead to order my springs.

Let us know the springs' detail once you are fixed please. I definitely feel a drop will make the car much better.

Hi, I understand your F10 has adaptive drive (ie active anti-roll and dynamic damping). Can any type springs be installed (as adaptive drive is not compatible with M sport suspension)?

Kfiend, check before you replace your springs. It will void BMW's warranty for the suspension part and i am not sure you want to do that with Adaptive Drive.......

Not only voiding warranty, but the suspension may go all wrong as adaptive drive may not be compatible with just any springs.

Does anyone know of the reason why adaptive drive is not compatible with M sport suspension (as these 2 options can't be ordered from BMW in the same F10)?

I don't think M Sport Suspension shocks are electronically controlled......

Most of the tuners out there have springs for adpative drive, RD Sports for one is what I am looking at.

You can always trade it in for another F10 without the Adaptive Drive

And get all the latest post-Sep features

I think I may go for the Bilstein B16 PSS10 suspension system on mine

Thumbs up

Congrats, Mlai. Finally you got what you want in the long run!!!
I have been enjoying my F10 from the day 1 that I picked her up from BMW HK.
Really stunning exterior colour you've got there.

Lol my wife would kill me if I swap!
I think I can live with the ride height now, let's see how long I can hold myself back not to order the springs.

P.S. Quite a few members here have adpative drive and the RD springs and they seem quite happy with the combo.

P.P.S. No one yet in HK has the data to do a full alignment check for the adpative drive + IAS (of cuz BMWHK does). So I guess, I have more time to think. I'm checking with another garage tar and see if they can do the job.

One can only get closer and closer to perfection but never arrive at it

Shaving too close

Kfiend,
Be careful how much you lower your car! Otherwise, this can happen to you:

PS. Just too these from my estate's garage and find it pretty funny

25mm most for me. And that's why I'm not fitting any after market body kit.
I still remember how I killed my SLK's front lip
