2011 535i dyno surprisingly low Help with crank conversion?

I had my car put on a dyno dynamics dyno yesterday and the results were heartbreaking. I guess thats why they call it the heart breaker. What do you guys think my car seems to be dying off to soon.
296.4 HP and 412 lbs of torque to the wheels. I don't know the proper conversion to the crank because i hear diffrent ways to do it.
My list of engine mods include
Jb4
Bms Intake
M Peformance Exhaust
FF wires
ER 4 inch DP
ER charge pipe
e85-5.7 gallons and filled up the rest with 91

map 7 is the higher of the two and map 2 is the other

The best advice I can give? Don't pay attention to dyno numbers. A dyno is a tool used for tuning and has absolutely no bearing on how your car compares to others unless they are on the same dyno on the same day with the same conditions. Take your car to a track if you want some real results, but "flywheel conversions" are pretty much smoke and mirrors for people who obsess about something that actually means nothing. It would be the same as using a cable machine to bench press, and then converting it to free weight numbers, then bragging to all your friends that you can bench XXX amount when in reality you've never touched a free weight before.

If you're dead set on presenting a pointless and meaningless number to your friends which in no way can be backed up, multiply your numbers by about 18% and that will be a calculated flywheel horsepower number, which again isn't real, doesn't have any comparison to anything else, and will be laughed at by anyone that understands anything about cars... may as well just tell people the "535i" stands for 535 horsepower.

How much you got stock on that same dyno, this would help to see your gains. From what I saw/read you cannot expect much more than 15-18% gain with stage 2 on this N55 because of the size of the turbo.

Best dyno I have seen for F10 535I was around 310 whp on dynojet. Let say the dyno you used read 5% lower. 296 / 0.95 = 311whp on a dynojet (speculating). But this would lead me to say that nothing is wrong with your dyno run / car and is in line with what other have find out.

Well thanks guys. I did not get to dyno it stock so i guess i will never know haha. All i know is that for being a 535i the torque is really something else! I still love my car just figured the numbers would be higher. I do get what your saying though the number do not mean much in a race!

Those numbers are not surprisingly low, in fact I have never seen an independent dyno with number more than 310whp ish with JB4.
It seems that you have to upgrade your turbo to reliably output more than that...

Go do a 1/4 mile, by analysing your data like final MPH this will tell you how fast is your car.

Just for $hits and giggles I calculated how much those parts were and less the ff wires cause idk how much those r the total came out to $3322 for 19hp?

I haven't searched but is there a Turbo upgrade for the a 535? I'm assuming fuel pump, injectors, intercooler, etc would all have to be upgraded to accommodate the bigger Turbo? And how will the stock internals handle the extra power before u start bending rods?

Actually if you compare baseline dyno and mod dyno for let say JB4 and Downpipe alone it could look like 265whp base and 295whp after mods which is 30whp for around 1000$. To me this is very good but past that the $ to HP ratio is VERY bad.

On this car Exhaust on top of a downpipe do not add much.
Charge pipe is for reliability (let's see how long my stocker work)
Intake could net you 5 peak hp more if you are lucky but it could even be 0.

You can research for Pure Stage 1 (1000$ + 10h install) that I am pretty sure can fit our car and be tunable with JB4 map 6.
