Those are some pretty low stock numbers considering BMW are known to underrate their engines.

I understand that. Even with a 20% driveline loss HP & TQ "should" be in the 240 range. From what I remember reading BMW's have less driveline loss than most.

Curious, what are your stock and post numbers?

Curious what gear did they use?
If 4th, did you try a pull on 5th too?
Car was cooled down a bit after arriving?
Did they have good airflow?
All this affects numbers too.
4ht gear pull. Havnt tried 5ht
Car was cool at the start, but did heatup quite a bit on the dyno.
They have lots of fans, but car still heats up.
Ran like crap once I got it off the dyno. After a bit of driving it came back to life.

It's just the Dyno Dynamics Dyno.
Quarter mile will tell all.
Once I get a DP and e30 tune, I'll run it down the quarter
MPH will show if its making power

Long term observations would be great.

As I said - it was longer term reviews of Dinan (or was it BMW Performance PPK?) which stuck with me. The particular reviewer had tried other solutions too and concluded "this is why you pay more even though the reported gains are less", and preferred the product over all of them based on overall driving experience.

IMO - I fully expect ECU flash solutions to deliver superior overall results more in line with what I'd be looking for. You're able to completely alter the behaviour and parameters, not just fool a stock ECU into doing what you want. The option of getting a little more boost, tuning for 91+, more sporty character and killing cold start cat light off would be worth a few hundred.

Is it of any value to anyone to see the data logs from the Dyno run?

If it is 33psi your turbo won't last long. The seals will bust, oil could unbalance the wheels and that will be the end. Make sure it's not requesting 33psi in the tune. With MP we requested 20 and actual was 15. The stock PWG turbo can not physically fulfill the request

How may/will this affect engine & trans longevity? I plan on keeping my 5351 for many, many years and miles and wouldn't mind a little more oomph but not at th expense of longevity.

Your 91 octane is probably reason #1 your car wont live for many many many years and miles with tune.

I'm a little confused here. The N55 stock has proven to be about 280whp stock. It was proven by Edmunds https://www.edmunds.com/car-reviews/...no-tested.html

And I dyno'd at the same place lace they did and got the same results.
