think my water pump done- what else?

car is a 2012 535xi

I havent been driving my car much over the last month or two, but I had noticed I was getting the random whirling of the engine fan. it was very sporadic and i couldnt pinpoint it, until today. i started my car to go to work at 6 am and immediately, like before i could open my garage door, the fan roared. the entire short 5 mile drive to work it was constant whirling on an off.

a quick search points me to this being the water pump.

I see FCP Euro sells a kit that includes the pump thermostat and bolts, but is there anything else I should be replacing while I am in there? like hoses, serpentine belt?

car has 81k miles on it. i bought it almost 3 years ago with 71k on it, no issues to date.

Hoses yes. And everything I have to remove or move when I am fixing something is given a long hard look at from every angle.
