Work Wheels Fitment Chart help

I need your expert help. I 'm looking at wheels and I don't understand this offset thing. I want the middle Concave for the front and Deep Concave setup for the rears. If I have to go with Semi Concave for the fronts because of offset issues than I'm ok with it. With the Chart, which offset and size can I go with? I don't Have BBK and I'm lowered on H&R springs. Thank You.

For the rears i would run 20x11 38mm. You can see how flush it is. Or run 40mm and it'll push it in 2mm

Fronts 20x9.5 25mm. Mine here is 30mm but you can see i probably could have went with a 25mm to push the wheels 5mm out more

This would be for a flush look without running spacers

I have a question about offset for F10 non-m

Front 20x9 ET20 ( 245/35/20 or 255/35/20 )
Rear 20x11 ET40 ( 295/30/20 )

1. Rub ?
2. Front 245/35/20 or 255/35/20 ?

Thank you
