Hello all,

I bought a 01/2014 535i F10 with 70000km in a BMW dealer in Sexau (Germany) 1st hand car with lot of equipements.

It has the MPerformance power kit 346hp and 440Nm torque with MPerformance exhaust.

Nice car but I am a bit confused.

You have front fog lights but no front fog light button to turn them on. What's the deal there?

The front fog lights are not used for that anymore, they are used for the dynamic light spot (night vision feature)

Yes it is !

The beam of the spot is so powerfull that you can see it over the lowbeam of the headlights, it's very impressive

WHOA!!! Very impressive feature. I had a question, so the fogs or dynamic light remain off until it senses an object? Or are they always on and just get brighter if it senses an object?

those "aiming" lights remain off, they are turned on only when the car detects an animal or an human
