BMW Lease Take Over

Hello Everyone- Not sure if this is the right place for this question.

I've heard that BMW Lease Assumption or Take Over is pretty easy deal.
I wanted to know if anyone would be interested in my car?
I feel my deal is an excellent deal on a '16 550.

2016 BMW 550i Xdrive Carbon Black M-Sport
Current Miles: 5900
Lease started 7/28/16
36 month Lease, 10k miles/year
around $694/month ($632+wa monthly tax)
MSRP $81,895

Please let me know your thoughts and I can set up pics and an ad.
