maybe vacuum leak
2013 535i downpipe, stg2+, charge pipe, fmic
had a bad o2 sensor then got it fixed. it was running good. cel came on and i got similar symptoms to the bad o2 sensor. no stalling but whenever i brake and come to a stop the car rumbles and sounds like it is about to stall but it doesn’t. if i’m parked it will occasionally rumble (i think misfire) but it doesn’t stall. driving is fine everything is just when rpm’s are low. the codes i attached are the ones i got when i ran them initially. i checked my maf and vacuum lines and cleared the codes. they went away but came back shortly later this time just with a fuel mixture too lean code. cel is on now and it is just lean code when i scan it. any ideas? |

I suggest a smoke test as a starting point.

How much rpms is it dipping?

it drops to around 500 probably when i brake and it rumbles and misfires for a second but then goes back to normal idle
