BMW's research and confidence in a niche that very few of us even acknowledged is being proved worthwhile.

More motoring journalists are coming around to the awesome package that the 5GT is, niggles aside, and more owners, perhaps like me, are satisfied that they made the right decision for their motoring needs without diluting BMW driving characteristics.

Brilliant! Ultimate Relaxing Machine. Rolls-Royce interior ambiance and sense of space. Road presence. Heavy and steering should feel sharper. Value Proposition. Takes a while to "get it". All true.

Agreed! However, you should see how much Rolls Royce charges for some of the same options available on our cars such as HUD and or Night Vision. I believe the latter is like $5k by itself. Maybe more.

The test car they had is equipped with 20" 275/35 tire at the rear, so I am not surprised by their complaints of the ride.
