Only if I can get a good launch, if not I'll just increase my trap speed? I remember a guy in a 1200hp twin turbo viper showed up and everybody thought he was gonna be in the high 9's. WRONG! He showed up with street tires and ran an 11 flat at 160mph. If he had drag tires it would have been a different story, it's all about the launch. Who knows how the drivers that test our cars get the numbers they claim I thought I read the 550 ran a 12.9 all stock?

Right now I'm trying to get some stock m5 down pipes and then prolly bms stage 2. I'll be somewhere in the 12's. All those magazines post different times, I think bmw claims a 12.8 or 12.9.

Actually right now I'm adding subs

dude, r u on drag radials? when i use to race my turbo integra back in the days those drag radials was hard on my axles and especially my transmission. how do you think the tranny on your 550 will hold up? i mean from a rolling start no problems but from a dead stop?

At the moment I'm not on drag radials, I need some if I want a better time at the track. The tranny in the 550 is going to handle drag radials no problem, it's the rear end I'm worried about
