Rim Color Change on Lease Turn-In?
As mentioned on another thread, I have a car with two bent rims on their face.
To repair this, I believe the face of the rims have to be repainted. If I chose to change the color of my rims, anyone know how same impacts lease turn-in? Wondering what would happen if I paint them black or silver, or have them machined. ALSO, any idea if it's more expensive to have a rim repair shop 'machine' them? Thanks! |

You will need to refinish them to their original color upon returning the lease, or if they're mint you can find someone to trade stock for yours and get a little bit of cash on top of it.
Machined usually cost $200-300 more. |
