Yeah I believe they all have valved exhaust. 2014.

this thing is great, specially if u have an m5 comp exhaust which also has the valves. So you can open and close them to your preference depending on who's riding in the car with you...IE i don't like to have it too loud when i'm driving customers in my car.

you can also program the keyfob to your homelink, which is what i did, 2nd button opens and 3rd button closes...

Exactly, I had comp mufflers on my 550i, it was super convenient. I didn't know it could do Homelink too, that's awesome.
