Entertainment volume and turn by turn direction

Does anyone know how to adjust the entertainment volume down when the navi is giving turn by turn direction. I try to find it in the I-drive and owner's manual, so far no luck.

The only way I have found to hear the navi instruction is to turn UP the volume while the navi is giving instructions. You do this by increasing the volume while the navi instructions are being delivered.

On my 2011 loaner 550xi, when the navi is talking, the radio volume automatically turns down, my 2012 535xi does not do that, is there a adjustment for that?
