M5 Mufflers on 550i

Finally finished this project, and I couldn't be happier.
Non M-Sport car, so installed a M5/M-Sport aftermarket bumper
with a 3D style CF diffuser to accomodate the M5 mufflers.
Car sounds amazing, just perfect for me since I didn't want anything too loud or obnoxious.
The bumper fitment is great, pretty much 100%.
The diffuser was fairly easy to fit as well, I'd give it a 95% fitment as well.
Down the road I'll probably get 90mm tips (anyone have a good source beside cyba?), but for now I enjoy the factory size.

love the 3d style diffuser! Can't wait to finally get my bumper and diffuser on

definitely swap the tips to 90mm when you can tho the factory tips don't look to shabby!

No, I don't.
Keep in mind that I'm also running BMS Stage 1,
so that might make a difference.

The spoiler is M5 style, color matched perfectly and 100% fitment.

I don't want CF tips though. I'll leave it chrome for now,
and maybe powdercoat it black later.

Looks and sounds great - nice work

I have similar setup and have been enjoying it more than when I first put it in. I am still working to eliminate a dead sound, almost a blat sound, when I'm in manual mode and shift between gears.

Do you have a similar experience with your setup?

I love the M5 exhaust on my 550. Is a perfect mix of good sound without drone. Sure it could be louder but 98% of the time I don't need that so I'm perfectly happy. I have the stock bumper so my tips stick out a little more but I don't mind it.
