Silver door trims falling off!

Has anyone else had the silver trim bit on the sills fall off?

Passenger door entrance was the first to fall off last week and now the rear passenger one came off! Not sure if the hot weather has affected the glue or something?

Assuming its a warranty covered job so will ring the stealers to find out.

Bit disappointing that bits are falling off the car. Other than this I'm really pleased with the 520ed. In this weather is averaging 61mpg over a tank brim to brim, managed to get the onboard mpg trip to get over 70mpg (over reads by about 5mpg from calcs) on a 92 mile journey.

Yes, drivers and rear nearside so far.

Both done under warranty, dealer said they'd had a few problems with them.

Yes, driver's doorstep - quickly re-fixed with superglue.

I tried that for a few months, they'll come off again.
