On others feed back and reading other threads, glad I went with the BMS and not the afe. I was thinking of the afe originally as it looks a bit cleaner in the engine bay, but price was higher, I suppose because of all the additional hardware. As the BMS is only the filter and a bit of plastic tubing. Where's the afe is a whole new air box, tubing and filter.

What I read most about the AFe is the fitment. Most people write about the difficult install and especially removal. The connection to the MAF seems to contort and putting the OEM back on becomes impossible without replacement parts. I don't see much about function except that great review here that shows no real difference in performance.

Can anyone else who has the bms intake system chime in, but I feel like depending on the temps, somedays my BOV is louder and on other days the engine growl is much more prominent, Not that its a complaint!
