Mission Performance: n63tu sport display calibration for stage 2

Here is a quick video of our 550i undergoing sport display calibration using out stage 2 reflash. Dyno results were 500hp/545ftlb at the wheel and sport display is showing the proper 560hp at the flywheel. Next stage will be to calibrate the display to 650hp, just in case.

thats pretty crazy, how much power you think the transmission can handle before it starts to slip or something.

The transmission is designed to hold 700nm, around 515ftlb at the crank. For for sure have passed that number as l ready, but the transmission is holding up great. I'm sure if we lower the torque at the low rpms and keep pushing slightly more at upper, we can safelly gt another 50hp or so while keeping peak torque at the levels it is now.

I dont want to bring your hopes down but the support for N63 most likely will not happen. We are attempting to get the MSD85 unlocked but since BMW decided to switch computers for Gxx (including the F30 340i), all of the tuners, including us, will be working towards getting those tunes released.

Yea I know. Shame on BMW for that.

I do know of one local tuner here who is working hard and may have possibly cracked the N63. Not too sure but I'll find out more soon.

i was going to pick up N63tu 550 but decided it's time to retire and let someone else try to beat Archies Tu 11.5 record. This tune looks very promising lets hope it delivers and has some real life numbers behind it.

We will be doing a stage 2.5 for this car and then will try our luck on a 1/4mile to see the results. Going for 600Hp without meth.

This is great stuff! I am definitely interested, just a little worried about losing my warranty if BMW detects the flash. If this was my garage queen, that would be a whole different story. It's going to be hard to resist this tune seeing the numbers for the TU.

I know personally you have nothing to worry about that. Previously I had the GSR tune, took it to the dealer for an electronic steering correction and they updated my ecu. No flash detected or mentioned, however they wiped it. The only way to get it back was to remove the ecu. Not anymore with MP M Boot loader. Alex is flashing me again remotely this weekend.

What a horrible story with GSR.
Not to hijack but at least my local tuner was able to update my flash via OBD2 so big props to Mission for the M-boot option

Yeah MP just posted data comparing stock vs GSR tune approach. It's doesn't get more direct than that. Pure facts vs speculation has been answered. The facts are now public and GSR has a chance to come clean with their side. So far nothing from their end.
