Recommendation to get Eibach pro installation on F10

Guys
I am looking for a garage who can install Eibach Pro springs on F10 520d in Essex or around Essex.

I have been quoted £280-380 minimum which consist on installation and tracking afterwards.

Not sure if it is good price though so thought to check here.

Has anybody had any springs installed and what sort of price you paid?

Thanks.

Wow!

I am good with computers, softwares and interior of the cars but rubbish when it comes to suspension / brakes.

Congrats on having ACS springs fitted. How is the ride?

I used to change the suspension on my boy racer cars back in the day, and i've always done brakes and oil changes etc myself so it wasn't too bad.

The springs make a big difference. The F30 M Sport suspension is way too soft as standard, it creates lots of body roll, and pitches and dives under braking and acceleration, BMW really made a mess of it! I would say it's now on par with an E90 M Sport, so much more rewarding to drive, and the unnerving floatyness at speed has gone too. And the ride comfort has not been affected!

How does yours ride now? I guess not quite as sharp as the E90 with the extra weight and size? Or does the smaller engine counteract that?

I think bmw has made some changes on F series
- Ride is very soft
- Wheels are less agressive (offset is higher and stay in 30-40s)

Saying that 5 series is more softer than F3x.

After putting eibach pro springs, it nearly similar to M sports E9x.
When I added Eibach pro on E9x it was more stable than F1x. But again, 5 series is a bigger car and perhaps more weight.

Handling has improved a lot and it is sharp but no where as near to E9x with eibach pro or eibach sportsline.

Happy with the results.

It is a shame that BMW have gone this way! This is the first BMW i've needed to change the suspension on. I wonder if they did it to try and hide the stiffness of the run flats? Why ever they did it, it didn't work!
