285 on 351M wheel....

Anyone running a 285/35/19 on the rear with 351M wheels? Been searching around but can't find any pictures. I'm in need of new rears can't wait to figure out what I'm going to do with wheels. Considering the 285 just for a little more tread on the ground nothing more. Yes, I know a 9" wheel is not recommended for a 285 tire.

Are you xDrive or rwd? Just make sure you are within 1% from front to back if xDrive (use an online tire size calculator). Also curious, are you losing too much traction with the 275? I had some 5 year old summer tires (285/30/20) and they lost traction easier than my new 275/35/19 all season tires. Just something to think about.

Im RWD… Yea I’ve checked that out. No not in particular the rear tires are shot that’s why I’m losing traction. I was just curious if anyone has went a little wider than factory on this set up. I’ll probably just get the 275/35 and save the wide stuff for aftermarket wheels or a set of 343’s. You have any pictures of your old set up?

I was losing traction (RWD) with MSP3 on a custom tune w/xHP stage 2 tune. stayed with stock size and went with MPS4's. Very little wheel spin now.

The problem is the width of the wheel - look for a set of F01 stock wheels instead as they are wider and a better offset too
