Hello, new member here and needing advice on carbon fiber spoilers and accessories

I am building a 14 535xi m sport for my son. I want to add the trunk, rear Window,rear diffuser and front splitter in carbon fiber.

There is a lot of companies offering these but I want to purchase a quality product however if I can save some bucks on a quality parts .

Any info is appreciated... thx

it's a hit or miss when it comes to carbon fiber components. i'm across the boards on the various platforms of BMW and even the higher end companies have fitment issues. keep in mind these higher end components can run into the $1k+ easily for a diffuser. if you search there's numerous post including mine going with aftermarket components from Ebay, RW****, ect...for replica versions at half the cost.

for example the Authentic 3d Design front lip $1200
my replica version from Ebay $349


Authentic 3d Design trunk spoiler $1249

Authetic diffusers can run anywhere from $1995+

so as you can see if you want quality parts you gotta pay a fortune! or like myself and others shop around for aftermarket carbon fiber components on Ebay or other companies who make carbon components. it's really on you and what you think is worth spending $$$$ on which i think is just pure aesthetics.

Luckily son you got there. It all depends on what you want to spend. You can go from ebay all the way to Vorsteiner.

well, this is still the best looking side skirt for f10 out there, I haven't seen one is better looking yet.

I went back to a link I provided in a post I made on these and the link is broken or unfound. I forgot who the seller was since if you go to Ebay there's so many sellers with the same design. it's basically the 3d style. here's a link

Are those side skirt extensions on aftermarket m side skirts or oem m side skirts? I have after market m side skirts and been wanting to get those carbon fiber side skirt extensions.

These are aftermarket. I spent a good time researching and posting questions to confirm fitment and I got a lot of yes and no answers. So i said ef it and it was a pretty damn good fitment. Here's my post on them
