http://www.zainostore.com/

Z2, then Z5, then another coat of Z2, followed with Z5 (use the ZFX additive). Then finish with wipe down with Z6. You won't be disappointed. Hands down, the best.

Wax

I have had good luck with P21S Carnuba. Goes on and comes off fairly easy and lasts a good long time.

Would recomend that you Clay the surface before putting the wax on however.

What does "Clay the surface" mean? I have never heard of that term.

Claying the surface

As it implies, this process cleans and removes all the contaniments that can't be removed by simple washing of the car. It involves running a clay bar back and forth across the painted surfaces, using a spray "lubricant" as part of the process. Trust me, you will be amazed at how smooth the surface finish is after doing this and will allow the waxing process afterwards to go that much better.

Check out Griot's Gararage or Mequires for more information on the subject. I have personally used Griot's with great success.

Developed in Canada. Very high Carnuna content. The owner runs the top detailing shop in Toronto. www.worldsbestwax.com

I'm happy with my process.

1.) Rain-x all glass surfaces (any local autostore)
2.) Foam cannon (autogeek.net)
3.) Clay bar and lube (SONUS/ Autotopia)
4.) Klasse All In Wonder (Autotopia)
5.) Klasse Sealant Glaze (Autotopia)
6.) ZAP Auto-Glass cleaner (any smudges, does not hurt RAIN-X)
5.) Your preferred wheel cleaner / tire dressing

After two days of doing all that, all I need to do is shoot it with the foam cannon, agitate the suds then rinse off and it looks brand new, until about 8 months later when I have to refresh the AIO and SG

Check the video below on how to use a claybar. Use it wrong and you will scratch your paint like never before.

My vote is for Rejex. I've been using it on my E60 for years. Absolutely incredible.

Clay bar the car as described.

Apply 2 coats of Rejex and let cure over night. Incredible shine and finish that lasts a long time.

Sealants like Klasse tend to look better on light colored cars while carnuba waxes tend to look better on dark.

I loved Klasse on my space gray 335, but I'll probably use pinnacle sovereign on my carbon black 550 when it arrives.

Sealants will last you 6-8 months while carnuba waxes will get you 2, 3 if you're lucky.

Klasse rocks. I actually put a coat of sovereign over the klasse sealant. Looks amazing. Autogeeks sells this as their 'forum favorite'. I'm sold. Man, black is soooo tough to keep looking good but there is no more beautiful a car thanone with a flawless black surface.

3rd vote for Glanz wax. Easy to apply, doesn't dust when wiping off and dries in a minute. Also it has a nicer gloss than most sealants I've used. The watery nature of the product, makes pad application a little trickier. You're better off pouring it into a wax applicator squeeze bottle.
