F10 535i Does it or does it not have a front fender light/reflector

I have seen thread pictures of the F10 535i with a orange forward front fender light/reflector and some pictures without. This is in addition to the turn-signal light. ( See the Deep Sea Blue Thread)

Has anyone seen a 535i in the USA and knows for sure?

I was told at the NY auto show that the orange reflector on the front fender is a US spec item. All the photos and videos of US cars I've seen show them.
