2014 535xi lED adaptive headlights

Hey guys I don’t typically ask for help but I really need some. I had a flickering headlight. I took the light assembly out & installed a new driver & ballast. The light works now but one pod in the led is not coming on. I did switch the headlights & the same led is out. So basically I have one light with half power. Thinking it was a bulb I pulled the fan motor inside & went huh…. No bulb to pull it appears Not to be replaceable? Has anyone dug this deep & know if the entire led is built in & is unserviceable?
Thanks in advance!

i didn't fully understand the issue but , usually when u change to LED you have have to code the vechicle by bimmercode to make bmw understand that its led and not halogen , thats the solution for flicker,

The actual Low and High beam are one unit with the housing. As far as bulbs, you can only replace cornering and turn signal on the LED headlight.
