Cashmere Silver & UV protection glass -- need you help!

Dear community,

My F11 520d is just about to being produced, and I need your advice as concerns the combination "cashmere silver" and "UV protection glass".
I like Cashmere Silver as well as darker glass in the rear, but I'm not sure if the combination looks good. In your colour-thread, there is a picuture of exactly my version of the ordered car, but the pictures don't bring out the colour very well.

Does anyone of you own a car with the above mentioned combi, or has anyone seen it on a street?
What do you think -- should I leave my order as it is, or take out the UV protection glass?

Don't worry, any moderate tint will look good on any color.
To even out the contrast front/rear you might consider an after market (legal) front tint as well.

If you are talking about my post http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=538094, you are right - it doesn't come out very well.

I had the same concerns, but I promise you - the option looks great. Nice to know there's another Cashmere Silver F11 out there!

yes, indeed, I was referring to your post. The pictures of your F11 are perhaps a little bit underexposed, so that the colours come out very dark.
And yes, we are a very small community of F11-Cashmere-Silver-drivers, "Sophisto grey" is the most common paintwork on the streets of Germany.
Would you mind sending me a not-underexposed picture of your car via PM, so that I can sweeten the waiting time until delivery in September?
