Cool HELP!! Car won't start very slow crank??!

HEllo all! Having a weird issue here, my car wont start, I have replaced numerous batteries still get the same slow crank. Replaced starter. Electrical side is ok. When engine is turned by hand it spins freely I would say too easy. But not by starter, seems like something is dragging. Also after a few cranks the battery gets drained quickly. Any input would be appreciated.

This may not be your problem, but you do have to get the battery coded. As the battery gets older it requires more more charging and voltage changes. If you don't let the car know that you have a new battery you could kill your new battery faster.

That's true. I didn't register my battery when I changed it last November and I was having many different electrical issues

You can buy an OBDII ELM327 wifi Adaptor for 15 bucks, download the iCarly BMW app and code it yourself or if you now someone who codes BMWs they could do it too. What state are you in? There's a guy here in California, Alex who can code it for you remotely

This is typical mistake people make with battery
When you install new battery you have to register if not you will have all kind of electrical issues.
