final inspection prior to warranty expiring N63TU

Dropping of my car for a final inspection prior to my warranty expires. What parts of the car should I have the dealer look at , that are normally prone of having issues.

I have a 2014 550XI with 38K.

I'm at 36k miles and just had all of the injectors and plugs changed. High pressure fuel pump was replaced recently also but that has an extended warranty.

They check them during the inspection or did that part fail?

They failed but after getting them replaced I could tell the car had not run right since I got it. Power is much better now and I used to have a small vibration on the highway if I was starting to pass without much throttle. That was actually a misfire but I didn't know the car well enough to recognize it.
